How can i Disable Balloon Tips

To turn off balloon tips in applications that support XP Themes:
- Start Regedit
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\
- Create a DWORD value of EnableBalloonTips
- Give it a value of ’0′
