How to remove shutdown button from start menu

Go to Start->Run->Type “regedit” Press enter

It will open a registry editor window. Got to the following path in registery and  update “Noclose” value to 1

Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
“NoClose”=”DWORD:1″
