in Server2008

You may run into this error when you are copying a file or folder on Server 2008. This is because Server 2008 runs administrator accounts w/ standard permissions.

This issue can be easily resolved, simply “Disabled” “User Account Control: Run all administrator in Admin Approval Mode” Group Policy Settings.

1. Open Local Group Policy Editor (run “gpedit.msc”)
2. Expand Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Secuity Options
3. Set “User Account Control: Run all administrator in Admin Approval Mode” to “Disabled”

you need permission to perform this action error
